The role 💼
We are looking for a RevOps Manager to establish and lead our new RevOps function. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of financial modeling and operational excellence. As the architect of our growth engine, you will serve as the vital bridge - translating high-level strategy into daily GTM execution across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
You will sit within our Finance team and work in close partnership with GTM leadership to ensure our growth is both ambitious and measurable.
Your goal is to turn data into direction. By combining a sharp B2B mid-market mindset with a financial perspective, you will build the structure, clarity, and predictability required to scale our revenue engine.
What you’ll do🚀
Crunch & Analyze Financial Models: Take ownership of our revenue models to forecast pipeline outcomes with precision. You don’t just report numbers; you interrogate funnel performance and deal patterns to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in the GTM motion.
Master the CRM (HubSpot) Ecosystem: Transform Hubspot into a high-performance growth engine. You will own and optimize the full customer lifecycle, ensuring a seamless "Lead-to-Win/Loss" journey.
Build Actionable Playbooks: Translate complex financial insights into concrete "how-to" playbooks. You turn strategy into clear, executable instructions that empower our teams to act with confidence.
Drive Compliance & Standards: Ensure GTM teams are aligned and adhering to operational standards. You are responsible for closing the gap between knowing the strategy and executing it in the field.
Optimize the GTM Engine: Through hands-on operational work, you remove friction and build a structured environment where predictable growth is the standard, not the exception.
What skills you need 📖
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or a strategic Finance or Operations role.
• Hands on CRM experience with strong workflow expertise. HubSpot experience is preferred.
• Strong B2B background in mid market or enterprise, ideally within SaaS
• Skilled in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue performance tracking
• Proven ability to turn data into business decisions
• Strong cross functional collaboration skills
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field
Bonus skills and attributes
• Experience with process mapping and building scalable playbooks
• Proven ability to drive adoption of tools and standards across teams
• Understanding of how commercial and legal structures affect forecasting and data quality
• Comfortable working with BI tools or advanced reporting layers on top of HubSpot
