We are now looking for an Enterprise Product Manager in Stockholm to join our mission to eliminate waiting and improve customer journeys. You'll be joining a fast-paced, rapidly growing tech scale-up with awesome culture and benefits.
The Role 💼
As an Enterprise Product Manager at Waitwhile, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for one of our product squads in our enterprise-grade platform. You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver exceptional experiences that meet the complex needs of large organizations.
You’ll balance strategic foresight with day-to-day execution, ensuring that we’re building scalable, secure, and customizable solutions that fit right into enterprise ecosystems.
This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in B2B SaaS environments, loves solving complex problems, and has a proven track record of turning customer insight into product impact for large enterprises.
What you'll be doing 🚀
🧭 Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and drive the vision for one of our product squads, aligning with the overall product vision, company OKRs and growth goals.
- Identify emerging opportunities in enterprise workflows, integrations, and data management.
- Leverage analytics, feedback loops, market and customer insights to inform prioritization and shape the roadmap.
- Define success metrics for enterprise adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Continuously refine the roadmap based on real-world impact and outcomes.
🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
- Partner with sales and success teams to support enterprise deals and long-term account growth
- Communicate product direction effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
🔍 Product Discovery & Research
- Lead continuous discovery efforts to deeply understand enterprise customers’ needs, pain points, and workflows.
- Conduct interviews, research sessions, and co-creation workshops with customers and stakeholders.
- Partner with UX designers and data analysts to uncover actionable insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Validate hypotheses quickly through prototypes, MVPs, and structured experiments while balancing enterprise expectations.
🔒 Enterprise-Grade Execution
- Prioritize initiatives that ensure compliance, scalability, and reliability (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, SSO, APIs).
- Balance customization with platform consistency; ensuring features work across global client contexts and for different use cases.
- Lead high quality releases and collaborate with Product Marketing; ensuring detailed release info is communicated to enterprise customers in advance
What skills you need 📖
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS and B2B enterprise software.
- Proven experience managing complex, high-impact features from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, integrations, and customer lifecycles.
- Experienced in working closely with customers, sales and customer success teams to uncover needs, design solutions and retain accounts.
- Proficient in product discovery, user story mapping, and roadmap management.
- Comfortable using analytics tools (Amplitude, Looker, or similar) to guide decisions.
- Technically fluent; able to discuss APIs, architecture, and integrations with engineers.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker who can balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
- Influences through collaboration and clarity rather than authority.
- Passionate about helping teams ship impactful, scalable solutions.

- Experience with queue management, scheduling, or workflow automation products.
- Background in scaling enterprise product offerings at a high-growth startup.
- Familiarity with API-first and integration-heavy product ecosystems.
- Experience with AI-driven analytics or operational automation.
