The role 💼
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our content strategy and execution with the clear goal of generating demand and accelerating enterprise prospects through the buying cycle.
This is a cross-functional, high-impact position where you'll own the entire content creation process: from strategy and planning to hands-on writing and performance tracking. You’ll partner closely with sales, customer success, product marketing and design to build content that attracts, nurtures and converts leads in the long and complex buyer journey that comes with enterprise clients.
You’ll lead the charge on creating high-impact content that resonates with enterprise buyers and help craft the voice of Waitwhile, and ensure our content speaks clearly, persuasively and consistently across channels.
You’ll be part of a small, creative marketing team, working closely with our Head of Marketing, Product Marketer, highly skilled in-house designers, and web developer.
What you'll own 🚀
Enterprise & Strategic Content: Develop high-impact content for Enterprise buyers, including case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, product sheets, and explainer video scripts, and create lead-nurture campaigns along with conversion-optimized content across the funnel. You’ll work closely with in-house designers to ideate and produce visually engaging content assets that enhance storytelling.
Demand Generation & Sales Enablement: Deliver ABM campaigns featuring personalized content for high-priority Enterprise accounts and identify and address content gaps across the buyer journey. Together with our SEO agency, you’ll define and execute a content strategy that supports high-intent search behavior and organic lead generation.
Thought Leadership & Brand Amplification: Manage and grow Waitwhile’s social media channels with content tailored to a B2B audience and stay on top of social trends and algorithms to optimize performance. You’ll also support internal subject matter experts and executives in building thought leadership.
What skills you need 📖
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on content creation
- Background in SaaS
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced start-up setting
- Experience targeting enterprise audiences
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English
- Hands-on experience producing white papers, case studies, blog posts, and landing pages
- Experience with ABM or outbound campaign support
- Strategic mindset with proven ability to build and execute a content plan
- Comfortable owning content end-to-end, from ideation to publishing
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with HubSpot, CMS tools, and SEO platforms (e.g. SEMrush)
- Experience with collaborating on SEO with external agencies
